Candidate data (e.g. CVs, profiles) may be shared with clients in relation to relevant opportunities.
Client data (e.g. contact details, job descriptions) may be shared with candidates in relation to roles they are being considered for.

Once shared, clients and candidates become separate controllers of that data for their own purposes (e.g. hiring, internal records) and are responsible for their own compliance with data protection laws.
